Afternoon

2:00 pm - Meet up at the school in the afternoon over a cup of tea.

- Put photos which we have all brought along on display.

Meet the Headmaster Mr. R.S (Bob) Barnes and Mrs Jo Barnes
for a tour of the school in 3-4 groups of about ten people.

Take up our places as allocated in student accommodation.

Evening

Gather in the village pub in Shebbear, The Devil Stone Inn (was The New Inn)

For All & Any Old Shebbearians and teaching staff, current & past, who care to join us - So we can include the Old Shebbs who have expressed that wish - with wives / partners / significant others / offspring etc.

Served at 1:00pm
Very casual BBQ - burgers+hot dogs+salad & a sweet/pud.
Price: a few quid/head. Details to follow in day or two

• Suggestions of things to bring:-
  All and any, ...
  - photos you have loose, mounted, pristine, torn
  - Shebbearian / Old Shebbearian Magazines
  - Ephemera - Programmes for Plays, Exam result letters, etc etc
  - Any uniform - Caps, scarves, ties, Blazers/Blazer badges
  - Sports kit - Cricket Bats, etc etc
  
• A NAME BADGE - For yourself - BIG BLOCK LETTERS
  
• Cameras (ideally digital) and video/digicorders to capture the event
  and display pics and video clips on the website afterwards and maybe
  make a compilation CD/DVD of all old and new photos and music
  
• Safety note:
  Leave cars at School and walk to/from the pub for the main Sat event.
